so, recently I had a cute idea…bake cupcakes in colorful ice cream cones & top them a “swirl” of frosting.Sounds darling, huh? Well i whipped up the batter, poured it into the cones (making sure to leave AMPLE space for the cupcakes to rise). I checked on them with about 5 minutes left & they were looking perfect. The buzzer goes off, & well… they had spilled over, some had sunk in, they were a total disaster! I guess I’ll have to go back to the drawing board on this one. I guess they can’t all be successes.
Ditto to the "not much batter" You really have to leave A LOT of room, more than you would think. I made these one year for ds the kids loved them.
