still not a winner.

by @according2kelly on June 13, 2007

The blog world is full of give aways. Everywhere you look, it seems you can win a prize… design mom, mod mom, tangled & true, just to name a few of the wonderful blogs that love to give! So when Nan, over at Life is Like a Lunchbox, announced she would be hosting Apronpalooza & that there would be contests involved, I knew this would be my chance to win big. So I checked her blog daily & she didn’t disappoint. I think the final count was 18 giveaways… 18 chances to win… 18 opportunities to win the apron of my dreams! And yet, I didn’t win. I had my heart set on a pretty, new apron… so I made it myself, using the pattern I found HERE. Oh well… someday I’ll win.

Oh Kelly! We have tons of giveaways lined up so maybe you will win from us someday. Although the apron you made is incredible! I wish I was more crafty.Psst - we have mini-giveaways exclusive to our hello friends! email list. We still draw a number out of a bag, but...another way to win!

That's adorable! I'm sorry you didn't win! But it looks like there might be a redraw on some of them so you still might yet have a chance! If it's any comfort, I never win anything either! Ever! LOL

Sounds like we have similar luck. I'm always entering different blog giveaways and always come up empty-handed. That apron is cute!

very cute! I made one of these for an apron swap (hopefully my swap partner is not reading your blog because the swap is not over yet) - hopefully I'll be posting it on my blog next week sometime. It's going in the mail today.Oh and no one has claimed my apron from Apronpalooza so Nan said she would re-offer it if no one claims by Friday - so make sure to check back. You still have a chance to win:)!

Cute apron! You could wear long beads and look like a flapper girl from the Roaring 20's!
