i finally got around to uploading all of our pictures from last years summer vacation. although very long over due, it was a fun excuse to look through them again (all 3,132 of them). anyway, these pictures of gavin & his long(er) hair, made me a bit sad (& i’ll admit, misty eyed) that he recently has decided to take matters concerning his hair, into his own hands. luckily, he’s a boy & it’s almost grown out. pretty soon, he’ll once again be able to create his beloved “triangle hair”, otherwise known as a mohawk.
i’m still getting over the drama.

oh, I have always loved the name Gavin. Always. Alas, my hubby has a negative association from his past. And I may never have another baby. So, in my heart the name will remain a favorite.
He is soooo cute! But my kids have done their own barbering for years and I know how painful it can be.
My daughter has done that, twice. (once being this winter) I recently came across video with her long hair in it. Major sadness!!!
Your little ones are so cute!! And regarding the hair incident--yeah, girls aren't much better--I chopped off my bangs (is this a trend for me?) thus resulting in a nice buzzed look three days before school pictures. I was 6. Not good.Also, regarding the comment on my post about needing a vacation, I'll send you that necklace! I'm just going to have to track down the Venice one (unless of course you're willing to accept Paris), as I only saw Paris in the good ol real physical store. Seriously, let me know!!
