i’ve joined a movement – a fashion movement that is. sweats, work out pants & sometimes even pajamas have become the norm much to often. so i’m linking up with the always fabulous lindsey to document what i wore & how i wear it. there’s nothing like having a little outfit accountability to get you motivated to actually get dressed each & every day.
but this week, i’m playing the game just a wee bit different. instead of showing you what i wore & how i wore it to the 2011 blogher conference this past week… i’m asking YOU what should i wear & how should i wear it.
in just a few short weeks i will be running my third run disney running event – the disneyland half marathon & i’m having a wardrobe (or rather running costume) crisis. i still don’t know what i’m going to wear! i’ve have narrowed the choice down to seven disney-inspired costumes for running. shoes & accessories have yet to be decided, but i’m hoping that maybe with your help i can find the perfect running costume.
so, without further ado, please help me decide what should i wear & how should i wear it…

MINNIE MOUSE!!!!!! FOR SURE!!!! amazing!!
I… can’t decide!! I love the Pirate but you can’t run with the accessories and that is what makes it?
Tink is amazing.
Incredibles, Minnie, and Snow White are winners. You should make a SurveyMonkey.com so we can just get a clear winner

Kelly–I stand in utter AWE of your creativity and cleverness dreaming up these costumes!! The icing on the cake is how dang ADORABLE you look in them all! It’s killing me. It comes down to Tinkerbell, Snow White, and Minnie for me. I’m taking into consideration things like: ease of movement; not too many “moving pieces” (which rules out Jessie’s cowboy hat); too Disney-subsidiary (so out goes Jessie and Mrs. Incredibles). Belle: Not obvious enough. So my top choice…Snow White. It has a smidge of Wonder Woman, thus it tips it over the edge for me. But with black hair, of course.

They are all cute, but I LOVE Jessie!!! Pick C!
Love all of them but the Incredibles is my favorite.
My oldest daughters say Snow White and my youngest daughter says Jessie. Personally, I’d go with Tinkerbell or Mrs. Incredible.
I’m not a minnie fan, but for this… it’s minnie all the way.
plus, disney races are sooo crowded, the less accessories (like stuff on your back) the better!
Love them all though!
I was immediately drawn to C. But that may be because I love Jessie. I vote C!
Mrs. Incredible!!!! Totally love that one!
Incredibles!!!!
snow white and tink are the most popular and done- so be unique. I think the minnie and incredibles are AWESOME, practical, and unique
So creative!!!! They’re all great. It’s a tie between Minnie and Mrs. Incredible for me….can you test run the outfits? I’d go with whichever is the most comfortable. Now I’m leaning more towards Mrs. incredibles…I mean as moms, we are incredible …lol. good luck and have fun!!!!!
Not a big Minnie fan normally, but your costume rocks!! I’d go with Minnie or Mrs. Incredible… absolutely awesome!
I vote for C. Jessie, and absolutely adore the cow print knee highs too.
Letters D,F,G are my favorites!
Minnie Mouse or Mrs. Incredible – by far the cutest ones! I like the pirate, too, but I think the impact would be lost unless you ran with the sword in your hand the whole time.
They are ALL fabulous! Such great ideas, bravo! Just pick the one which is the most comfortable for you for running (I don’t know anything about the disturbance of faily wings, for example…)
I love LOVE the {running costume c: jessie}
I love these-I’ve never run in a costume, but always wanted to….I think Tink is my favorite, cause wings make you faster, right?
Such a hard choice!!! I love them all! Seriously – each one of these costumes is so cute and would look awesome. If I had to choose, my favorites are probably the Incredibles, Minnie, and Snow White. But…since Minnie has probably been done more than the other two, maybe go for the Incredibles? The face mask is kind of awesome.
mrs incredible!!
All fabulous characters! I’m partial to Snow White – something about the cape, I think – so I vote for G. (Save Tinkerbell for January!) Good luck in the race. I know you’ll have fun.
i like tink…minnie , the incredibles or snow white…the others look a little hard to run in…they all look darling though
I love Mrs. Incredible
Mrs. Incredible is my favorite. And so clever too to use a sticker to make your own costume.
I love them all but C. Jessie is my favorite. I puffy heart Toy Story.
i love the jessie outfit and the incredibles one…..hard choice.
FFFFFFF! choose f!! (:
You are too cute!! I’m running the WDW marathon in a few weeks and have just now decided to pull together a costume. Thanks to you, I now have some ideas!!
Thanks and happy holidays.

I made it myself!
I found an Incredibles logo in Google Images. Saved it to my computer, & then printed it on Sticker paper.
Most Office Stores sell entire sheets of label/ sticker paper in a pack!
let me know if that helps!
I think they are alllll cute, but when you are running 13.1 miles, you might prefer something with no face/hair accessories. Go with tink, A!

What about the guys? For the 13.1 at WDW, my wife was Snow White and I was her prince. Yes, I rocked a cape and tunic for 13.1. Awesome+1
My coder is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP.
I have always disliked the idea because of the expenses.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been
using Movable-type on several websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform.
I have heard great things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I
