ironman texas 70.3

wow! what a whirlwind of a weekend. lots of chocolate milk, even more amazing athletes. & i’m definitely feeling inspired & motivated to “conquer the impossible” & race an ironman.

just in case you missed the play-by-play of ironman texas 70.3, here’s a recap…

and while she didn’t win (although, a 4th place finish at ironman texas 70.3, in 4:22:03 isn’t too shabby), caitlin snow is my new favorite. a former teacher, who is now a professional triathlete – her first words after she crossed the finish line? asking for her mom, who also raced that day. caitlin is so incredibly sweet, i just wanted to make her my new bff… maybe some of her athleticism would rub off on me.

& yes! getting up close & personal with some of the greats of the triathlon world (lance armstrong, tim o’donnell, marino vanhoenacker, kelly williamson, heather wurtele & caitlin snow) was just as amazing as you can imagine. thank you REFUEL | got chocolate milk for such an amazing experience.
