Hi there my name is Desirée and I blog over at The 36th AVENUE.

The 36th AVENUE

I am excited to be visiting today and sharing with you a quick fun craft that you can do

to decorate your home, give as a gift or simply make with your family as part of a Christmas activity.

5 Minute Clay Ornament Tutorial

You can make your own clay or you can buy a tub of air-dry clay over at your local Craft Store.

The first thing you are going to do is turn a piece of clay into a ball.

Then use your roller to make it flat about 1/4” thick.

I use a cookie cuter to make the shape of my snow flake ornament.

Gently press the ornament out of the cookie cutter.

Use a nail to make a hole.

Paint your ornament and when it is dry thread some Baker’s Twine through it.

Let the clay dry completely before you hang it.

And guess what?

You are done!

You can click here to see the clay ornaments my kiddos made by themselves.

They are so fun!

Thank you so much Kelly for having me today.
