i’ve been an unofficial milk ambassador for just about… forever.
so when i was invited to be a milk mustache ambassador – i practically screamed yes!
my fridge is always stocked with multiple gallons of milk.. it’s definitely a staple in our home. & our mornings basically revolve around milk.
while my kids prefer milk & cereal to start their days, i love a cool & refreshing milk-based smoothie.
& it’s NO secret that my absolute favorite go-to post run recovery drink is chocolate milk.
considering an 8 oz. glass of lowfat milk has 8 grams of protein, 9 essential nutrients, 12 grams of carbohydrates & only 100 calories & 2.5 grams of fat – it truly is the “breakfast of champions.”
it’s a proven fact, or at least it’s MY personal opinion, that a protein-rich breakfast can pretty much make or break your day. unfortunately not all protein sources are created equal.

my kids & i have already taken the protein fight club pledge, to start each day with a glass of milk, but now i’m encouraging YOU do do the same.
